The Wedding Package

(Legal Ceremony)

The ceremony is held in the Gazebo or on the beach with a justice of the peace.

Included:

• Fruit basket and a bottle of champagne on arrival to the hotel.
• Special gift in room
• Invitation to a romantic dinner in one of our specialty restaurants
• Wedding coordinator service
• Tropical flowers for the ceremony
• Interpretation during the ceremony
• Tables and chairs for the ceremony
• Marriage certificate in Spanish
• Marriage certificate sent by certified mail
• Decorated cake for 15 pax
• 02 bottles of champagne
• Services of the justice of the peace
• Dinner in one of our specialty restaurants (only for guests of the hotel). Set menu required for more than 20 pax.

Required documents

• Valid passports (bride, groom and witnesses)
• Original birth certificates (for both).
• Divorce certificates (where applicable) sealed by the Dominican consulate of
  the country in question (women must be divorced for at least 10 months).
• Celibacy certificate (this is an attorney’s affidavit certifying that the couple
  can legally marry)
• Two witnesses
• Death certificate (for widows/widowers) and prior marriage certificate

Originals of all documents are required. All of these documents must be translated into Spanish by a sworn translator and authenticated by the Dominican embassy in the country of origin.This package is valid for up to 15 people staying at Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus.  Other guest may be subject to additional charge.
