Documents Required

• Valid passports, for wedding couple and witnesses
• Original birth certificates
• Single certificates (proof that individuals are not married)

If It Applies

• Certificate of change of name
• Divorce certificate (According to the law of the Dominican Republic, the woman must be divorced for at least 10 months)
• Death Certificate, (if any is a widow / widower), and previous marriage certificate

All documents should be translated into Spanish and legalized by the Consulate of the Dominican Republic in your country. For parties of more than 15 people, an additional amount of USD 15.00 will be charged per extra person.
